During the call, the advisor shows you the show apartment room by room, the scale model at the sales office and the project on site, with its views and construction progress, then introduces the neighbourhood: transport, schools, shopping and the distance to the sea and the airport.
The tour is a full consultation, not just a video. You can ask about prices and available units, payment plans, delivery dates, eligibility for Turkish citizenship, the title deed and buying steps, and investment and rental income.
Booking on the HADARA Real Estate website takes less than a minute: choose one or several projects, then a time between 9:00 and 19:00 Istanbul time, any day of the week, with each slot also shown in your own time zone, and receive an email confirmation. Your advisor calls you on WhatsApp, FaceTime, Zoom or Google Meet, so there is no new app to install, and your family can join the call.
Tours usually last 30 to 45 minutes, are completely free with no obligation, and are given in Arabic, English or Turkish.
