Lotus Koru 1 was built between January 2022 and May 2024 on 10,500 m² of land, 6,500 m² of it landscaped, with a 7,000 m² municipal park in front of the project. Its 10 blocks of five floors hold 144 apartments and 27 shops in around 33,000 m² of construction. The community is fully sold.
Lotus Koru 2 followed between 2023 and 2025 on a 15,005 m² plot, with 10,500 m² of landscaped green space and a 7,000 m² public park directly in front. Its 13 blocks of five floors hold 204 apartments in about 40,000 m² of construction, and its central Beylikdüzü location gives easy access to the rest of Istanbul.
